1Parties & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether individually or on behalf of an education consultancy or admission business) and Roguetrove Ventures (OPC) Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the Fundzeo Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform located at https://fundzeo.com ("Service").

By registering an account, initiating a free trial, or subscribing to Fundzeo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our related policies.

2Description of Service & Account Registration

Fundzeo provides multi-tenant cloud software engineered for education consultancies to manage student admissions, college course commissions, document cloud storage, financial waterfall allocations, and agency team collaboration.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and multi-factor authentication tokens.
• Agency account owners maintain administrative authority over invited team members across assigned roles (Owner, Manager, Counsellor, Accountant, Viewer).

320-Day Free Trial

New consultancies receive an initial 20-day free trial upon account creation with full platform feature access. No payment or credit card is required to initiate the trial.

Upon conclusion of the 20-day trial period, continued full operational access requires activating a paid subscription plan.

4Subscription Plans, Pricing & Renewals

Fundzeo offers the following commercial SaaS subscription plans:

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled by the user prior to the renewal date.

5Payments, Billing & Refunds

• Authorized Payment Gateways: Subscription payments are securely processed through authorized third-party payment service providers (including Razorpay). Fundzeo does not store complete debit/credit card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs, or net banking passwords.
• General Non-Refundable Policy: Subscription fees successfully processed are generally non-refundable. Fundzeo does not provide prorated or partial refunds for unused time in an active billing period.
• Cancellation: You may cancel future recurring renewals at any time via /settings/billing. Cancellation prevents future billing cycles while maintaining access through the end of the paid term.
• Exceptions: Discretionary refunds may be evaluated for duplicate charges, technical processing errors, or statutory legal obligations in accordance with our dedicated Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6Google Drive Integration & Security

Fundzeo integrates with Google Drive using the restricted https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file scope.

• Fundzeo accesses exclusively the files and folders created by or explicitly opened with the application.
• OAuth refresh tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM authenticated encryption.
• You may disconnect or revoke Google Drive access at any time through Google Account Permissions or Fundzeo settings.

7Customer Data Ownership & Aadhaar Zero-Storage Guarantee

Customers retain 100% intellectual property and operational ownership of all student records, admissions data, college commission presets, and business financial ledgers managed in Fundzeo.

In strict adherence to Indian privacy standards and UIDAI guidelines, Fundzeo enforces an Aadhaar Zero-Persistence Privacy Invariant: raw Aadhaar numbers and unmasked KYC biometric files are never persisted in our primary relational database.

8Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use Fundzeo for any unlawful purpose, fraudulent admission scheme, or deceptive marketing practice.
• Attempt to breach multi-tenant Row Level Security (RLS) or access data of other consultancies.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or redistribute the Fundzeo application code or proprietary algorithms.
• Transmit automated scripts, vulnerability probes, or denial-of-service payloads against our infrastructure.

9Service Availability & Third-Party Services

Fundzeo relies on high-availability cloud infrastructure and third-party services (such as Supabase, Google Cloud, and Razorpay). While we endeavor to maintain maximum uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free continuous operation, and routine maintenance windows may occur.

10Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Roguetrove Ventures (OPC) Private Limited and its directors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
